I'd have to disagree with you. LR is a decent DGC but for my money I'm trusting Webmoney and V-Money. Webmoney is Russian based and one of the biggest in the rest of the world. V-Money is from the people who run Gold-Ex and Gold-Ex debit cards, you can't beat Gold-Ex for the debit cards, exchanges, etc.

Just one thing to be known about Webmoney, if you are US based make sure that you have a cellphone that can make international text messages.
