this is happened when people joining any program without do any homework first.

fyi, this program coming from the same admin of EGoldShare & LibertyReserveShare.
All their program having a webhost and database problem.
That's why some account has missing upgrades and payments.
Admin has give warning not to upgrade before they solved the issue.
I think what you can do now is to contact admin through their support ticket.
You can trust this responsive and honest admin.
Just to let you know, this is my deposit & payment record from all their programs :
Exponential-Earning - Deposit $51, Total Paid $49.04, Cash Balance $21.01
EGoldShare - Deposit $200, Total Paid $201.96, Cash Balance $53.84
