Yeah this is an option to ask money for monitorizing hyips and surfs but
1) there are a lot of monitors out there that send spam ,put a lot of banners , etc etc so HYIP admins will pay them to get more value of their money
2) Investors do not feel too well with paid listing
So that's why I'm investing my money .. Investors say if this guy put his OWN money in this program then he did some digging,investigation of the program.. and that's true. As I play with my own money I select the programs I list.
