I am not sure, hope it's not! But the fact I heard from a lot of people was the payout are very slow unless the cashout value is huge...so we actually saw many payment proof are with high payout amount say $1000++

As for me, just requested $10+ last week (so little as compared to others ), so just wait and see how it goes...
