To answer your question Adex, yes now i receive the referral bonus of $1. Earlier when i checked it was not yet in my account balance. But when i checked minutes ago, i saw that they credited it already in my account.

So it means that the referrals does not need to make an investment before you can receive the bonus. As long as they sign up under your referral link, then you will be credited $1 for each referrals you made.
