I can't say for sure whether its a scam but lets say I'm very skeptical.

I suggest reading their payment terms

Now it says you have to earn at least $30 before they send you a check. Since the site says you get 70 cents per hour of surfing time, but that's only if you're a premier member (which I assume means you have to pay them something). It will take you quite a bit of time to make it to $30... in theory that's not a big deal since you don't have to do anything but this bar amounts to spyware because they are constantly showing you ads... depending on the speed of your computer and internet connection that may interfere with your ability to surf.

I guess it doesn't hurt to try it but make sure you have up to date anti-virus / anti-malware software before dling / installing. And I would advise against purchasing a premier membership until you can confirm that they actually pay people.
