I really don't think it matters when you get in on this profit plan; reason being is that WTIA has been around for 15 years, so we know they are not going anywhere. Secondly, this profit system was created to eventually become self-sustaining and for all people to make some money; so yes I think it is fair to say that those joining sooner than later will be earning a bit more, however, everybody is going to earn from this regardless of join date.
Due to the reinvestment obligations of the profit system, it has been strongly suggested that members donate one of these positions as a 100% team position (which all are doing) and that the other positions be considered for benefactoring others in. There is a benefactors list developing. Anybody who would like to be placed on the benefactor's list can submit their name and e-mail to

I think the best thing to do is for people to come in at their own expense, however, the benefactor's list does give people an option if they are short the $100 to join.
