"As discussed, we are revising the team build rules to coincide with the Trivita co. suggested model and also our new team suggested model with Mike Riedmiller, who will be rolling this out within the next week. 100% of our team agreed that going forward it is best to utilize the model that has been proven to work the best for our team build. I appreciate the great team spirit, cooperation and suggestions from everyone.

The model our team build will use going forward is to come in at the Complete Pack, which includes 25 customers, and everyone gets 3 referrals. We also suggest getting 100 or more customers as soon as possible. We will count people that join our team at the $25, $100 or $500 level as a 4th referral doing a straight NIL from top to bottom under people that have a Complete Pack. Once they have gotten 25 customers, they will be added to the team build list to get referrals at that point in time.

As regards discussions on grandfathering for those with the Complete Pack, 100% agreed that we will work toward 2 referrals each for those with the Complete Pack through and including Member No.12 as regards NIL, which is new members coming in through our forum threads, any team advertising, and using our team link in our signatures. However, since this is a loose NIL, anyone can get their 3rd referral earlier on their own and have them added to the team list. We will then go back up to the top and work to get those with the Complete Pack their 3rd referral if they have not already done so on their own.

As regards discussions on grandfathering for those with the Basic Pack, there was only one in disagreement, so we had close to 100% agreement in this area as well. The grandfathered guidelines took into consideration all input and was adjusted accordingly. The grandfathering will leave existing Basic Pack members in the order they signed up, and the team build will assist to get each one of them who has 8 or more customers, 1 new referral through NIL, or through their own efforts, since this is a loose NIL. Then when they have 25 customers we will go back up to their name, and get their remaining referrals. Ex.: We get Becky West - who has a complete pack- 1 referral. Then Luke gets his 25 customers, we will first finish up on Becky's 2 more needed referrals, then when she has 3, we will stop and go back up to Luke, and get his additional referral, unless he gets it first on his own since this is a loose NIL."
