I have been getting involved with affiliate programs and online business for a couple of years now

i have made a few dollars here and there but i can say that i have spent more money on those past programs than i made. im pretty sure there are a lot of stories that can relate to mine. im not here to complain. im glad of the opportunity.
I was just wondering is there real way on how to get real traffic to website i am promoting. it might just be that i am not getting the right training. i would like to take a couple of programs i have made a few dollars in to a couple of thousand a month. i am open to any advice so please dont hold back.
