Writing Off Your Business Trips
We would like to remind you that you could have some tax benefits from your recent business trip, if you attended the Galaxy of Stars. You may be able to write off the trip as a business expense, as well as any business materials purchased. As always, we would encourage you to check with your tax professional for more information.

Super B Follow Up Tips for Handling Objections
When following up with Win Back customers, it is important to follow up in a manner that is efficient and produces results. Overcoming objections are important to turn around and maximize conversion. Follow the steps below as directed by National Sales Director, Terry Newsome:
* Use simple phone techniques – features/benefits
* Objections should be view as “buying signs”
* Be the messenger not the message – send Video E-mails and Presentation DVDs
* Control the Questions – ex) “What was it that sparked your interest?”
* Clarify the objection by repeating it back to the prospect and then respond with something like…”Well here is the good news…”
* Tell them why TriVita products are different
* Listen, listen, and listen – be respectful
* Use “feel, felt, found” – “I understand how you feel, because I felt the same way. But this is what I found…”
* Project confidence that TriVita will help create the wellness experience they are looking for
* Connect their wellness experience that connects with their life purposes
* Use positive vocal tones; use the prospect’s name; make possession statements –“You will love how you feel…”
* Tell your product experience and use third party stories as validation
* Multiply the value of the product and divide the cost – “Super B-12 has three times more B-12 than our original formula for just 10 cents more per day!”

mycoopbiz and optima4golf Website Update
On January 1st, 2009, the
www.mycoopbiz and
www.optima4golf sites will no longer be available. The reason for this change is due to outdated information and expiring products that will be discontinued.
Plan now to change any existing business cards, ads, and other collateral that might lead to these sites. We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to bring you new tools and websites that will help you share the TriVita products and opportunity.

You will want to add these to your portfolio of frequently sent videos. To view a sample of these hot new videos, go to your Back Office and click on the Marketing Tab.

Q: As a new Business Affiliate, how can I obtain information regarding training and getting my business started?
A: Go into your Back Office. Click on the Communication tab. Select Campus in the drop down menu. There is a complete Training Manual in PDF format for you to use and print out as a reference. Training from our National Sales Director, Terry Newsome is also available in the Campus, as well as his Business Training Calls every Tuesday. See below.
Q: How do I have my compensation directly deposited into my bank account?
A: To establish Direct Deposit, simply fax or mail a VOIDED check from your checking account to TriVita Business Services. Our fax # is 480-778-2992.
Leanology Recipes
