Why Do Team Build Groups Work?

Likewise, if you have been burned, scammed and otherwise fleeced over a lot of years of thinking, “Finally! This one is going to work” only to find out it doesn’t, we have a secret to share with you.
There is no real secret. That’s right there is no big, huge secret - for which you have probably, by now, paid at least $99.95 to learn because some “internet billionaire” said you should buy their top secret book to learn the non-existent secret! We’ll give you a hot tip for free:
It takes two things to be successful -
1 – Teamwork
2 – Focus
Sometimes we have to remove ourselves from the net-thinking syndrome. Why? Because no matter how you cut it, you will not succeed until you get rid of some very harmful internet habits and return to the basic principles of marketing and achieving success just as you would if you started a business offline.
One of the ways to truly build and succeed is by being part of a team build group. It is, in many ways, the same as joining your local Chamber of Commerce if you have a brick and mortar business offline.
Team build groups focus and they focus on one thing only; each member agrees to do things the same way, consistently and with the sole intent of helping everyone who committed to the team to reach financial goals they would be far less able (and less likely) to achieve as individuals.
We see it in every aspect of our daily lives – those who work as a team achieve more goals – building a new playground for the community, planning a 4th of July event for thousands or millions of people, the big businesses who take in billions of dollars every year. No one person can do that alone. Teamwork is critical.
Are all team builds the same? Not by a long shot! Like anything else, visit their sites – which may be a forum, message board, website, e-mail safelist, advertising site, etc. Some limit the number of members while others are huge and will still keep growing. Some require that you pay the group for any you wish to sponsor from the team build list and they pay the program’s owner.
Others have you send the money directly to the program. Many team builds have no fees, monthly or otherwise, but I have seen a few that do for “maintenance fees”, or because they offer additional features you may wish to use.
In Admin, we have seen how many team build lists come through, how fast some of them are moving and growing and how much farther ahead they are in progress.
We asked our team build leaders, who are all members of Mega5Bucks, to share their contact and basic information to our membership.
This is where your due diligence comes into play. READ THE INFORMATION ON THEIR SITE, OR THEY SEND YOU IN AN E-MAIL FIRST! Then, if you have questions, feel free to contact the names that are listed at their e-mail address. We cannot answer questions about the groups because we don’t belong to all of them. This is one time when Mega5Bucks support is just not going to be able to help.
We know there are others, but putting a limit on when they needed to send the information for this special update, we can only let you know about those who responded.
When you visit the groups in our list, please be sure to read any information they have on how you join, how it works and what is expected of you as a member. Some will fit who you are better than others. Each may well have a little twist to how they do things here or there and you are the only one who knows which one will fit. Oh, and by the way, some offer a trial period to learn about how things work, to see how that group build is doing and how to learn the ropes.
In looking at those who responded, we have received a very wide range of options for you! I know at least one or two of them are straight-forward - join the group, follow the plan, let’s do business and there’s always the message board. Others have all sorts of activities, even some games and contests while others give you an advertising venue. So, have fun looking!
It isn’t that you can’t back out if you come to a time that makes you feel it isn’t for you, or belong to more than one for that matter. But for the most part the idea of a team build group is to create a “family” of people who stick together, leverage the power of teamwork and there are few program-hoppers because these teams know that just doesn’t work.
You pretty much need to turn your mind around. I am fascinated daily by how this has freed up time for me. There was a time when I allotted “X” number of minutes or hours per day to place e-mail ads, another “X” number of minutes or hours to do some surfing (unless I had enough money to buy credits), “X” number of hours to answer admin questions for Mega5Bucks and guess what got lost in the shuffle? My advertising time……..oh, and time with my husband.
Lo and behold, I looked in the living room after spending maybe 5 minutes or so actually getting set up with the team build group and he was still there!!
While you are deciding which group is best for you, here’s just an example of how I do things via the group build:
1 – open my e-mail account
2 – check my pay processor account to see how much money I have
3 – figure out how much sponsoring “X” number of people will cost
4 – send an e-mail telling the team build group leader how many I want to sponsor that looks something like this:
Sponsor: 12
Place under ID: 1234
12 X $5.50 = $66.00 to Mega5Bucks using (enter pay processor)

Where Does It Go After That?
The team build group leader creates a list telling us (Mega5Bucks) who wants to sponsor people from the group list, how many, what sponsor number to use to place the referral and how the member doing the sponsoring will pay.
We enter the people into our system, give the leader their newly assigned number, send it back to them and it is done!
That’s It???
That’s it. If your group requires that you sponsor a certain number of people per week or month to keep your name active on their list so others will sponsor you when your name comes up, they will tell you.
What happens doing it with a team behind you? If you are in the right group for you, then you will be amazed at how much easier life can be with concentrated teamwork.
