Hi Team,
First, I'd like to take the time to wish all of you a
Happy 4th of July Weekend!!
Now, for some good news and some
"not so good news"...
OK, let's start out with some good news:-) ECS is
looking at launching the new system on July 7th 2009.
This is LESS than a week away!! If all goes well, we
can look forward to receiving signups to GBG by the
middle OR end of next week.
This is the news we've waiting for:-)
Now, for a bit of "not so good news"...
Those who signed up for (GR) GetResponse may have
noticed multiply emails from the company stating that
they are changing their entire system around. One of
the changes that will effect us (ECS Members) is that
GR has decided that they will no longer allow free
members to capture an UNLIMITED amount of leads.
This was something TOTALLY unexpected and we can't
blame that on ECS. GR is one of the top autoresponder
services on the net and they had been giving out free
accounts (with no lead limitations) for YEARS.
However, since they have decided to put a limitation of
10 leads on FREE accounts, it's not to our best interest
to use them with our ECS pages which could bring in
HUNDREDS of leads for each of us. In other words, if you
use GR as a free member then you would only be able to
capture ten (10) leads and the rest would be basically
deleted or not even added to your marketing campaign
at all.
How to get around this?
Well, we basically have 2 options. Sorry but these are
our ONLY options at this time.
1. If you want to see your leads then you will have to
upgrade your GR account to a paid member. This will
allow you to capture an unlimited amount of leads through
your ECS website and have them delivered to your email
account & backoffice in real time (instantly). If you should
choose this option then you may keep your GR campaign
name in the "GetResponse" field in your ECS backoffice:
Login here:
Endless Customer Supply
If for whatever reason you can't log in then just do a
Password Recovery in the box below the Login.
2. If you want to allow ECS to automatically follow up with
your leads (by email) then you should login using the link
above and make sure that "endlesscustomersupply" is in
the GetResponse field. Of course this will save you money
but you will NOT actually see the leads who fill out the form
on your ECS website.
I know it's frustrating to receive yet another change.
However, I do know that ECS is doing everything possible
to get us up and rolling. Again, it's NOT their fault that GR
is changing policies on free account members.
Let me say this...
Tomeka (ECS Owner), has been working day and night
working on this system for us. In spite of family/personal
issues that she has been going through, she STILL has
been getting us closer to a launch date. Now that date is
in plain site.
She has tried to "PLEASE" everyone... especially those
of us who wanted to follow up with our own leads... by
allowing us to set up free GR accounts and adding that
new field onto our backoffice pages. This has been the
biggest reason for the long wait.
I'm telling everyone this because a few customers were
complaining about support emails, co-op not running yet,
preliminary co-op not producing well, etc. I want you all
to understand that there is no way possible to PLEASE
everyone. I believe that Tomeka now sees that and is
ready to release what we've all been waiting for AS IS!!
I believe the GR situation was "the final straw" for ECS
and we are now moving forward with bringing traffic to
our pages (in a huge way).
So BUCKLE UP, and let's see what happens next week
on or around the 7th.
