This is going out to all members, active and
pending. Although this information will be more
helpful to those of you still pending, it's also
very good information for you active members to
share with your new referrals, before or after
they join MLX.
Randy and I have been doing some research and made
some phone calls to get some information that may
help you speed things up, we hope, or just make
things a lot easier for you.
This applies mostly to AlertPay since that's what
95% of the people use.
Please also remember that Randy and I are here to
help you any way we can. If you don't understand
how this works or if you have questions or need
some guidance please feel free to contact us. If
you are in the USA or Canada give us your phone
number we will call you. If you live outside the
USA or Canada we can talk on Skype. It's free. Go
to
Skype – Make free calls and great value calls on the internet and sign up and send me your
skype name.
Now, here are some things we learned that can help
you tremendously.
1) Recently AlertPay started requiring a
verification process when you add a credit card
to your profile. After talking to one of the
supervisors there we learned that this new
requirement is intended primarily for people NOT
in the USA or Canada. If you ARE in the USA or
Canada you can add a credit card to your profile
and use it right away.
If you have not already added a credit card to
your AlertPay account, follow these steps:
1. Login to your AlertPay account.
2. Click on “Profile”.
3. Under “Financial”, click on “Credit Cards”.
4. Enter credit card details and click on “Next”.
5. Verify details and check box to agree to
“Terms and Conditions”.
6. Click on “Finish”.
2) One of the most common problems we see with
people trying to pay with AlertPay is an issue
with their PIN. Most people we think sign up for
an AlertPay account, enter the PIN they want to
use, but then don't use their AlertPay account
for a long time after that and forget what that
PIN was. Your transaction PIN must be entered
for certain types of transactions as a secondary
means of security. You select that PIN yourself.
It is not assigned by AlertPay.
If you have forgotten your Transaction PIN,
please follow these instructions to reset it:
1. Login to your AlertPay account.
2. Click on “Profile”.
3. Under “Personal”, click on “Transaction PIN”.
4. Click on “Forgot your Transaction PIN?” and
follow the instructions.
3) If you think you have to verify your account
with AlertPay before you can use it, that's not
the case. Your verification status will come
into play when you need to withdraw large
amounts of money or numerous withdrawals at
regular intervals, like once a day or once
every other day. It is a good idea to start the
verification process as soon as you can but not
required to use your account.
AlertPay management also told us anyone willing
to call their support number after you have
sent in the required documentation can have the
support tech work through the verification
process while you are on the phone. They said
call-in's are always a priority. Anyone else
they say takes 7-10 business days.
