Finally Autosurf-Monitor.org is up and running to it's full abilities.
It is totally free for admins of autosurfs to list their programs there. Because this is the case, you can find all the hot new autosurfs out there.
The rating system on the site is based on users' votes. All votes track users' IP addresses and each vote must be confirmed via email. The monitoring part of this site is run by me (admin). He is very efficient and takes literally hours every day to make sure each program is still paying.
