It's a monitoring site...not a hyip or autosurf...so it can't be scamm and also it doesn't pay....but if you have a hyip or autosurf you can list your program there...or as investors you can see what sites are paying and what sites are scamm...:)

you know i don't trust of monitors hyip bcoz when the hyip sites change to scam that moniters will be saying paid for weeks :) .

That's not like you said...but it could happened sometimes when some sites turned to scamm but they continue to pay the monitors so the monitors still show them as paying. In my monitor i have a rule...even if a site is paying me...if i have three different bad votes with proves...and the admin of that site don't prove me other way...i change that site status to notpaying. And trust me, that's the best a monitor can do. Other way, if you're still paid, how to show to people that you're not paid??
Anyway, i was advertising here our design services, not our monitoring ones :)
