As stated Unfortunately, we did have to lock this admin\\\'s account - he used a different name and his documentation is not from the country where he lives.
We have asked this admin to \\come clean\\ and provide new documentation as well as real names.
Until that time, no refunds can be done. If he complies, then he will have full access to his account again.
