专家认为，中小企业应有效的利用网络平台。网络虽帮助中小企业创了神话。但由于中小企业对电子商务了解不够 深，诚信的缺失等问题。也让不法分子有机可乘，其中不乏中小企业，乃至行业网站。为此各大论坛充斥着“中小 企业如何防范此类骗局手机骗子”、“骗子是这样忽悠中小企业”、“招商企业有95%是准骗子”等太多案例性 的稿件。
