just lost 538$US to capitalex.com....
sell e-gold to get cash via moneygram. they sent me a mtcn ! but when i go to moneygram service,the servicer doesn't accept for me to get money because last name is invaild.
****. i go to capitalex and ask the after-order dept.they said that will answer me within 24 hours.but no answer.i go to aim and chat ( only once time) with id : capitalexcom .... they said that will process my order within 10 hours. Wait ..... But no answer in next 10hours. and they never be online again !!!
Now is 3 days ago. But I didn't receive any answer. ....
Contact them many times.... but no answer ...
