So many hyip prgrams are scam...I tried more than 10 of them...They paid me the 1st two or thre times then they put withdrawal in pending forever, others closed the sites after they stole members' investments:
hiteqs.com
100forexpro.com
hotminutely.com
invest7days.com
and many others.

I would say at least 98% of all hyips you ever come across will scam you.
Every single one that I've ever been a member of has scammed at some point.
Ponzis will always fail, remember that

Yes, we have to be very careful on choosing HYIP programs to invest, my suggestion on joining a HYIP is to check first the days it is open for business, most HYIPs nature is to come and go. A little percentage of it is professional in business and some HYIP programs lasts only from 3 months to 2 years so make use also of HYIP monitors. Don't spend too much on HYIP to minimize your lost profits. Join a program while it's still hot and paying.
hope this helps.

And don't invest money that you're mentally not ready to lose. Especially these days.
