Globalisation, do you really think it works?

Globalism is defined as the tendency of business technology or philosophies spread throughout the world, or the process of making this happen. But, is it working out the way it is suppose to be?

Globalism seems to increase the division between the rich and poor, and in many nations, poverty, violence, nationalism and racism is on the rise again, due to the widening wealth disparity.

Do you support the practice of globalisation, or are you against it? Please give your opinions.
