Are You Drinking Water to Lose Weight?

I just started to try to lose weight and one thing I'm doing is greatly increasing my water intake. I have a 33 oz bottle and I try to drink three bottles a day. I used to drink coffee, diet sodas and diet juice drinks.
Believe it or not, I've lost 3 lbs. in 3 days. Even if I'm just losing water weight that I was retaining, I'm still excited! I also feel much more flushed out and clean.
What method you used?
