I'm sorry if i am writing in bad category. I not find a better category like this.

I want to know about 100$ banknote. It's made in 1993.

is it stand good? Can i exchange it to other valuta in the bank? I am from Lithuania and i want to exchange it from USD to LTL.

If i know right, latest $ brochure look like this? :

I'm confused too. Are those notes rare or something? If so, I'm going to go back through the collection of foreign banknotes I have and see if I have any.
