Dude VCCs are one time Run Only. It will cost you about $8.00 each or $30.00 if you buy 5 at once.

Secondly these are mostly used to sign up at ebay or verify your Paypal. Its not like a Normal Credit Card.

If this virtual is non-reloadable, then how I can withdraw the money I have in my PayPal account in long-term?

Actually VCCs are for one time use that means you need it to just and only just verify an E-bank account like Pay-Pal .after that there is no use for it you cant fund or withdraw your account by it .
If you are not an US resident ,then i know a very good site which can help you in getting A free Debit Credit Card ,free US virtual mail and a lot of benefits .
But i dont know if it is against the site rules to post it here or not ,so just PM me
