hi all
please help me
i'll recieve some amount of money to my paypal account soon, but my paypal account is limited, i can't send or pay money to any one, to remove the limitation i must have a mastercard or visa, but in my country it's very difficult to get one because i live in Libya. So how i can make my paypal account not limited? Can anybody give me any vailed credit card number or something like this?

I really have no idea. I mean, is that even possible? I thought paypal accounts remain useable, although with some limitations, even when unverified...

you mean your account still unverify ? go verify your account using VCC. and ussualy paypal ask you to upload some documents. what documnets that paypal ask you to upload ?
