I am not confirm either they from islamic peoples or not but they originally from Russia and provide Islamic Account. No minimum deposit, you can deposit as low as you want. This broker use MT4 as trading platform.

I forget to tell minimum deposit through paypal and credit card is $50. Others method, no minimum.
