    Default Recessions Not Always Bad

I know the majority hates recessions as they feel some sort of economic pain as they are not sophisticated enough not to feel the impact of a recession. This is due to ****-poor financial planning as well as management, but that is another story.

The Fed could have left the U.S. economy alone and fall into a much needed recession in order to readjust from all the artificial bubbles created by the Fed. True, for several months the economy would be contracting in real terms, but after it sorted out the issues it could have started to bottom and at least have a chance at a sustainable recovery.

The Fed was dumb enough as always to understand how the economy works and decided to waste tax payer’s money on idiotic stimulus packages which honestly do not work. The hope was to artificially prop up the economy and financial markets and hope to buy time for a recovery to take place. The same applies as to your trading; do not operate on hope. The U.S. economy is a dead patient and as soon as the Fed stops QE there will be a big bang. Dumb money hopes for this not to take place.

The price the U.S. economy will have to pay for QE will crush the economy, but Helicopter Ben won’t be around to take the blame as he won’t be at the Fed anymore. He will leave a legacy behind and after a decade or two even dumb money will realize that this moronic son of a female canine helped dismantle sustainable future economic growth.

I agree with the last bear. I think during recessions the tree is being rattled and the rotten fruits falls down where it belongs which makes it better for those who are ripe.
