As Roseliabubakar said, internationals can earn more by referring to surveys panels instead of trying to earn by completing them. Internationals get very seldom any survey (too less to earn something visible). But you always can refer others.

So simply join as many surveys panels (free panels!) as you can handle and wait when survey invitation comes to your email inbox.
When you get an invitation, then fill it by answering questions and if you qualify, you get rewarded. Simple :)
But again, if you are not from US country, you might not get a lot of surveys.
International users don't get that much surveys as US or UK residents but you could make money promoting paid surveys affiliate / referrals programs to the US / UK people.
Well, for those non US/Canada member, you need to be more patient if you want to make money from online survey. You can not expect too much, monthly you wii only able to get 0~4surveys in average
