the best anti virus i think it's norton anti virus but it cost money the best free anti virus is avg
and for the antispyware i tried alot but the only one that works for real is the norton anti spyware that comes with ie 7 that you download from yahoo the ie7 customized for yahoo trust me this is the best it s realy works i hope i helpd you enough

I preferred AVG Anti-Virus & AVG Anti-Spyware because it is easily configured and it does not slow down my computer whenever the scanning progress is launched.Also, it keeps notify me to update whenever I forgot to do so.

I have Avast on my Windows machine protecting my games. I also have ClamAV on my server to protect my wife's email.
