My children almost spend whole day for computer, Is this good or bad???
how many time should they spend is most best?

it depends I have a son but he can use the computer with limit I never let him use the computer more than 3 hours.

Well, if you can get them playing educational games, they could spend a few hours playing that. Generally you don't want them spending too much time on there.
You could always have them 'earn' time on the computer by doing chores etc
