I do check it out and I could log into it. Are you using proxy server ? But I have no problem accessing the link now. Besides that link that I provided are there main link so I think there is no problem with it.

I'm a member of this site already. Thanks for sharing anyway. Good for you to promote it, since it's becoming more and more abandoned. Too few member activities despite the potential to keep earning.

I do recieved my first payment in this site already. I am contemplating of upgrading my account as you could earn much faster and the rate of payment is much different when your account is upgraded. You could also earn much faster as well as there are lots of incentives when you acquired gold membership on this site.
