hi they pay you via check. the minimum payment is 20$ but you can change that in your account settings.

I think for the US citizen are more offers available but all other citizen have good offers too.

Exactly. Only way to earn for internationals is through refferals.
But also im not sure if being inactive yourself do they still pay refferal comissions?
I keep on collecting referals all time but noone earned me a cent yet. That could be that they just not interested but still i wonder does anyone know is there needed some activity to earn ref. comisions.
