I can add to the list. I have been compiling it over the last month and I have hand verified each page rank entry on the list and each one is free, check them out here at the SEO Forum

Mates, if you submit links by going to each directory, then it is very hard.
There is a beautiful link submission tool at:
digiXMAS SEO Tools

I love it. It helps to do submissions much faster.

Also on their support forum you can find shared lists of several thousands
of directories from PR0 to PR8

Hope that will make your job easier
