Unless you can trick someone into signing over the deed to their house to you...
finally someone thinking outside of the box.
buying a house is not easy. it will take effort, and not necessarily as much "money" as one would think...the heavy lifting is in learning and understanding the rules for a transaction involving the house.
The types of funding available, the cost of borrowing monies, the time spent getting the paperwork correct, the time it takes to establish "good credit" (or good enough credit), how to establish that "good credit"...
everyone wants a home.
not everyone can achieve that...
the American dream is that everyone should be able to get one...
the American PROBLEM (and not limited to Americans) is that many confuse "dream" with "entitled"
You (and I) are not ENTITLED to it...but it IS achievable for us...if we just spend the required amount of effort to get it.
So, if you are of the "entitled" group, go find an unwitting member of the opposite sex, date them, romance them, marry them, divorce them and take their house...
for the rest of us, come to the realization that it takes effort and the first step is education (and not from a single source!)
be good!
