Look for a bank that can give you a loan with little interest.

You seriously want to get a house with very little money? In a laymans term thats what you mean. Well, I will advice that you start a savings account first, but towards a good credit and you can have a first house with little money in a couple of months time.

everybody has suggested you something or two, but nobody has asked you how much you are running short to buy the house?
what is the budget you have in your mind to own the house?
what is your credit ranking?
Have you ever filed Bankruptcy or foreclosure?
if you can answer these questions then we will be in better postion to help you
