How to own a house without money!

I am planning to buy my first house but I do not have that much of money. Are there any alternates and what should I be careful about while negotiating such a deal? I do not mind going in for a Mobile / Manufactured Home. Help!!

have you thought about getting a loan for the house? there are many options on loans in different lenders. you should visit as many as you can to get the best deal.

hi...well it's only possible if you borrow some money from your parents. one more way is to go for home loan and return money in small EMI's which means installments

The real estate is trending down in most parts of the world, and this trend will most likely continue for a while. What I'm saying is that if you wait you might be able to get lower prices a few months or years down the road. Then again things might change quickly and real estate might go up again.

you can't get a house without money. you can get a loan but that still needs a down payment and you still have to repay it monthly for a couple of years.
