Before, Facebook and Twitter are only used for personal usage however; today, it is used to its fullest. We can now use this platform for our business(es). Not just for promotions but totally do business within Facebook like what NBA did to their page.

Do not forget Google+.

Google+ can help you improve your search results in Google, bring social connections into your Youtube channels, build connections via Google Hangout and add CRM experience into your gmail account and google calendar.

I think facebook is the best because it has about 1 billion users.

You can join groups, find friends from your niche and open fan page and invite friend over.

There is nothing stopping you to open twitter account, google plus, linked in, pinterest and so on.

Each one can be used to promote your products and services and conect with people

If you use social marketing correctly, it will drive big traffic directly to your site from the social media sites that you get involved with…and that’s huge. After all, that is really the holy grail, isn’t it?
