This Sweepstakes is open to any individual who, as of the beginning of the Entry Period is a legal resident of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) (the "Eligibility Area") and is eighteen (18) years of age or older

One (1) Grand Prize is available, consisting of a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) travel companion(s) to San Francisco, California; and, for the Grand Prize winner only, one (1) Five Hundred Dollar ($500) Visa gift card and one (1) "The Forbidden Kingdom" Movie Swag Pack (which may include mini posters, trading cards, incense and green tea bags). The Grand Prize includes round-trip airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion(s) between a major airport nearest to the Grand Prize winner's residence, in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, and San Francisco, California; two (2) night's hotel accommodations at a hotel in or near San Francisco's Chinatown (single room); and, for the Grand Prize winner only, the Visa gift card and "The Forbidden Kingdom" Movie Swag Pack, as described above. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,850.


Up to five (5) Runner-Up Prizes are available. Each First Prize consists of the "The Forbidden Kingdom" Movie Swag Pack consisting of: (a) one (1) set of "The Forbidden Kingdom" mini posters; (b) one (1) set of "The Forbidden Kingdom" trading cards; (c) one (1) box of incense; and (d) one (1) box of green tea. ARV of each Runner-Up Prize is $10.00, with an aggregate value of all Runner-Up Prizes of $50.00. No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if a prize listed is unavailable for any reason. Each Runner-Up Prize will be delivered only to an address in the United States.

The total ARV of all prizes is $4,900.
