Open only to legal residents of the United States ages thirteen (13) years and older as of March 11, 2008.

The rules don't specifically state one entry per person, but since you are nominating your own neighborhood, I'm assuming that's the case.

Limit one prize per household or address.

GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE: Each winning entrant will be required to sign and have notarized an affidavit/prize acceptance/release of liability form to receive a grand prize package consisting of the following:
- Door-step Delivery of Twelve (12) cartons of Edy’s Slow Churned® light ice cream and 4 boxes of Edy’s Slow Churned® light ice cream bars ($250.00 AVR)
- One (1) “Party In A Box” (napkins, ice cream scoops, spoons, name tags, disposable camera, etc.) ($175.00 AVR)
- Total Retail Value for each prizewinner is $425.00 [Total approximate retail value for all grand prize winners is $637,500
