I will design a website worth at least $500 in market value for the person who will purchase a VCC ( virtual credit card ) on my behalf. I need the VCC to verify a paypal account. I can buy the VCC myself but no one seems to be willing to accept payment through paypal. Dunno why. VCC should not cost more than $15. If things go well, I might even throw in web hosting service. Person interested in checking portfolio should PM me. ASAP Thanks
