Having an antivirus is one of the best ways to block social networking site but you can use the setting of the Internet Explorer… here’s how…. Go to start menu/ setting/control panel and double click the internet option… you can now set the privacy and security of your PC.

Purchase a Parental Control software and install it on your PC to block websites you don't want people accessing.
As an alternative method, you can always password protect your PC to keep people out,

Also, I think Google allows you to block websites when you're logged into your account but there are many ways to bypass that such as logging out of your account, lmao.

I believe Windows Parental Controls will do want you want for those sites. You can block the social networking sites that is messing your computer. Also try to create user limits for those who are using your computer without you around. These are all built-ins application under Windows 7 Ultimate.

Just login your router home page and block these websites. Every router has this facility to block websites.
