    It was a bug of the platform itself, not on the company's side. We cannot do anything in this situation. Your referrals discovered this bug and made use of it .. It is unfair which is considered as a violation of the agreement.

    how about no actions on clients trading and why not fix the bug?? why just take action on our commissions??? and you calculated all the commissions from last year till now, in such a long time period, why InstaForex did not take any action to prevent them doing such trades using this bug??

    And now, the DEALER is still checking my withdr***, I do not know what they are checking since they already cut all my commissions for a whole week.

    Also, I found a instresting question, when I use other account to withdraw, it is fast and I can submit the withdraw via site form, but on my partner account #32129, always fail and show me this:

    Processing of your request failed. Please follow this link to withdraw funds from your account.
    so, special offer to my partner account??

    Request for manual withdrawal

    If you are not able to request a withdrawal via ***standard withdrawal form*** by reason of some technical problems, it is possible to order a manual process of your withdrawal in our Finance Department at this page. Please, note that your withdrawal request should meet the rules of the company, such as using the same payment system and e-wallet etc.

    Please fill in the section "Comment" with the cause of your not being able to order a withdrawal with the help of our standard form.
    Only this one available for my partner's account

    The measures against the customers were brought in customers as well. If you have another information, please, give us the account numbers of those customers.

    And yes, currently your account is temporary suspended.

    why suspend my account, Katerine? the Commissions were already cut and why not let me withdraw my normal commissions now? it was 6 business days till last withdraw, it was still not processed

    FD said it was checked by the DEALER, so, DEALER belong to Antifraud Department?

    Update: the withdraw made last Fri was finally processed, and I am still talking with AntiFraud Department about the Cancelled Commissions.

    Good News: we got paid per day for the newly commissions after we send a manual withdraw;
    Not so good news: we are still waiting for the result of the so-called SCAM COMMISSIONS
