    RAFMM representative said they are waiting for your reply to the letter with additional info request. The claim will be considered in turn as soon as your email is received.

    for many days, and I do not know why they ask again for that, I send them again yesterday, looking forward to be processed ASAP, my clients are all waiting for that weeks rebates :)

    since 15th, April, I get the mail from them like this:

    Your complaint has been at the final consideration stage. Please wait for it to be accomplished.

    Respectfully,

    RAFMM Arbitration Committee
    did not get any news again from them, I do not know what they are doing now.

    About InstaForex, in the past weeks, keeps withdraw processed, but on this week, 4 withdr*** still not processed, I asked the Finance Department, get a reply with,
    [21:03:40] InstaForex_Finance: Sir, your withdrawal is under checking of our antifraud deptartment. We will process your request as soon as possible.
    So, under antifraud check again

    I will update it here when they process the withdraw of the commissions

    the other part was still not processed after 4 working days and 1 weekend day, in total it is 5 days, when I try to contact with finance department, they told me:


    [20:04:14] TaoJin88.com: I NEED YOU PROCESS MY WITHDRAW
    [20:04:21] TaoJin88.com: IT WAS 4 DAYS TILL NOW
    [20:22:54] InstaForex_Finance: Hello. Sir, in order to process your request the withdrawal should be made through the standard form on the site. In near time this form will be available for accounts with deposit supporter records.
    Then, I try to withdraw via the standard via the form, it show me:
    DEPOSIT-SUPPORTER records were found in the history of your account. Please, follow this link for the withdrawal.
    so, InstaForex are delaying me intentionally? or Not? who knows, at least I did not get paid this time, I can get paid before EVEN I use this link:
    https://secure.instaforex.com/en/order-withdrawal.aspx

    I am waiting for a clear answer about this matter.
    Manual: No way
    Standard Form: No way

    where should I go?

    And for the cliams I send out on InstaForex, still NO REPLY, I mean the claims I send to [email protected], they did not work now, I think, NO REPLY since April

    4.1.4. Withdrawal is processed at the stated time which is particular for every payment system, however, in some cases the time constraints may be increased up to 5 working days.
