    Hi to everyone! Is it true that Yoga is good for health and mind and can even cure some diseases?

    Sure, it's very healthy as yoga teaches how to control the body and mind and helps to relax.

    Not sure if it can cure diseases but yoga can be very good for psychological illness such as anxiety and depression.

    well there are certain breathing techniques in yoga which help to cure some ailments other wise it is reputed to enhance your immunity system.

    I think yoga is really helpful only when physical excersises are conducted by a special phylosophy. And to provide medical effect it should be turned into lifestyle. Occasional visits to a gym for yoga classes aren't enough for real achievements in yoga.

    Well yoga by itself is a philosophy to unite body and soul, for better results it should be learned from an experienced master and practice under his tutelage for quite some time.

    Yoga is such important way to remain healthy & fresh.... It would be done on morning, so we can get good result of yoga...

    Yoga is great dude. I am doing it for more than 5 yeras now and I feel great.

    I recommend book "5 Tibetans". Very powerful yoga exercises. Just 10 minutes or less to do and very very good for your health.

    I also recommend MCKS Pranic Healing. To learn some powerful physical exercises, breathing exercises, and great powerful meditation.
