We all know that blog commenting and adding signature links on forums will increase our page ranking, but in order for these techniques to be effective we need to know if the blog or forums that we are going through have no follow tags in it.

Example of link baiting is creating blogs and articles :)

Using a combination of methods and techniques always works the best. For instance properly using the PPC and working on SEO, building links and submiting articles, etc.

True... Google Loves diversified links and sources. Bank links coming only from one source can cause suspection to Google. Therefore always aim for getting links from diversified sources.
