I've just purchased from Paul Johnson [my forum mate at WF] 100 url of high PR sites worth $8...and planning to buy another 500. Yeah,the tips are really great, but I would dissagree with the usage of link wheel, as it not so effective as many say it is.In fact it may lead to some risks, so I think it's not really worth doing it

I have not found the blog there at the said url but i am agreed with the link building techniques said above. It is not essential to buy the list of sites. You can find them by yourself and get more and more backlinks from the well reputed sites.
